Nick Stone - M.A. Dip COT M.o.I.D.
Nick qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1985 and gained a Masters Degree in social policy and social research in 1990.
Ex Principal O.T. Manager for Social Services. He has led many SHA consultancy projects including professional mentoring for Norfolk County Council. He developed a system for assessing accommodation needs for disabled students at London Metropolitan University and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
He has managed the Appeals Clinic for the Blue Badge scheme for Brent Council; Housing Transfer Appeals for various Housing Associations, and developed a new Sheltered Housing assessment tool for Wrexham Council.

Carol Klein DipCOT 1992 - Senior Practitioner

Qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1992, working in Social Services. Carol has been involved in SHA projects since the Company started;
She is a mentor to new SHA inductees. Carol is the lead OT and supervisor for the Company's block contract with Islington Council. She works closely with the 'in-house' service in completing assessments on a SAP system and completing equipment orders on a live web-based system 'ELMS'.

David Renshaw - MIC. SHA Business Manager

David combines a past history of Chairman of a mixed manufacturing and service group, with ten years advising government, specifically the Departments of Environment and National Heritage. He has a unique knowledge of the tender and contractual process which allows SHA to approach new contracts with considerable confidence.

David has worked with SHA since 1999, initially as a business mentor and now advises the Director on strategy, new business and contract matters.
David frequently represents SHA at client contract meetings.

Jill Ryder - MAAT. Financial Controller

SHA’s Financial Controller since 2000.
Day to day role includes; Payroll, Sales and Purchase ledger supervision, credit control and budget reporting for clients. As part of SHA’s management team, Jill is also involved in costing of new business. Jill has held full member status with Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) since 1991.
